Papaye is one of the first villas built in the private estate of Levant.
This luxurious villa with large and nice outside spaces has an unrestricted view to the ocean and Petit Cul de Sac bay, with in addition a private access to the sea.
You will appreciate the French refined decoration, the nice edge pool merged into the sea and the large covered terrace. You would also enjoy the private tennis courts.
A housekeeper will come every day (except Sundays and public holidays) to clean.
You can rent Papaye as a three bedroom and three bathroom villa, or as a four bedroom and four bathroom villa.

All the bedrooms offer a beautiful view on the ocean and Petit Cul de Sac. Three of the bedrooms are in the main villa, while the fourth is in a separate pavilion.
The master bedroom has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a safe, a mosquito net, a television with French satellite and Direct TV with VCR, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
The second bedroom, with a mezzanine converted into a loft with a TV and French satellite, has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a mosquito net, a safe, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
The third bedroom has a king size bed two twins (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a mosquito net, a safe, a television with a VCR, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
The fourth has a king size bed or twins (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a mosquito net, a safe, a television, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
Beach and bath towels will be at your disposal. 

The living room opens onto the terrace and the pool overlooking Petit Cul de Sac.
You will find some ceiling fans, CD player, a fax machine and a high speed internet access with wireless. 

The kitchen is fully-equipped for 8 persons.
You will find all the necessary to cook - fridge, freezer, electric and gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, gas, charcoal and electric barbecue and an iron with an ironing board.
