Le Moulin is ideally located on Saint Jean Beach.
From the villa, you will only have to open the small wood gate to be on the beach.
One of the biggest properties situated on Saint Jean beach, it has an old windmill which makes it unique.
The owner wanted it to be like the old colonial residence, he has also found some antique deck or mahogany furniture, leather ..
Le Moulin is a charming property, where you could enjoy watching the planes taking off or touching down as the villa is at the end of the runway. A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sundays and public holidays) to clean.
You can rent Le Moulin as a two bedroom and two bathroom villa or as a three bedroom and three bathroom villa or as a four bedroom and four bathroom villa.

The villa has 4 bedrooms.
Each one is special: - One bedroom is located in the old wind mill facing Saint Jean beach. It has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a safe.
- One bedroom is located in a separate bungalow, including also a living and a kitchen. It has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a safe.
- The two last bedrooms are located in the main villa: one is located on a court yard, one is located on the beach side. Both have a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.) or twin beds, the air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
Some beach and bath towels will be at your disposal. 

The spacious living is facing the old windmill and the beach. The living is furnished with a large white sofa, large teak chairs, and antiques...
You will some ceiling fans, a television with French satellite, a DVD and CD player, a Ipod connection to HiFi system and a high speed internet access. 

The kitchen is fully-equipped for 10 people.
You will find all the necessary to cook - fans, fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwaves, toaster, coffee and espresso machine, and an iron with an ironing board.
