Arrowmarine is one of our most pleasant villas, located in a huge land with a private access to the sea, in the private estate of Montjean (with caretaker and access code) in Pointe Milou.
This villa is a result of a special work of an architect who would like to give the impression to be at the bow of a boat due to its ocean view from above.
Thanks to its original conception, the villa offers many places to sit, to have a rest or to admire the ocean.
The living room has been done to have a view:
- during the day: on Marigot bay, the turquoise lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac and the ocean,
- By night: on the pool and the garden with palm trees and other exotic essences, all magnificently highlighted for welcoming your guests.
Arrowmarine is an unique jewel of Saint Barthélemy.
A housekeeper will come everyday at time of your convenience (except Sundays and public holiday) to clean the villa.
You can rent Arrowmarine as a two bedroom and two bathroom villa, as a three bedroom and three bathroom villa or as a four bedroom and four bathroom villa.  

The private access to the sea with a deck, from where you could swim, or see some fishes as Marigot bay is a protected natural reserve.  

The semicircular pool measures 32.80 x 16.40 ft. and is surrounded by a large deck.
Some deckchairs will be at your disposal.  

Each of the four bedrooms has a wonderful sea view and some have a terrace overlooking the ocean.
All have the air conditioning, some fans, a queen size bed (5.91 x 6.56 ft.), a safe, a television with the American satellite (Dish Network), a DVD player and a bathroom with a shower.
Some beach and bath towels will be at your disposal. 

The spacious living room opens from one side onto the pool and the other side onto the sea.
You will find a bar for inviting your guests, a big television with the American satellite (Dish Network), a DVD and CD player with HiFi, a VCR, a WiFi internet connection and an genuine piano. 

The kitchen is fully equipped for 10 persons.
You will find all the necessary to cook - Fridge, freezer, gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, an iron and an ironing board and on the terrace a gas barbecue.
