Q: Why is Grand Velas All Suites & Spa, Riviera Maya, an ideal choice for families?
A:I recently vacationed at Grand Velas All Suites & Spa, Riviera Maya, with my family and our experience exceeded our expectations.
We fell in love with the property the moment we arrived, as we were greeted with the warm Mexican hospitality of the very professional and friendly staff.
They introduced us to our luxurious, tastefully appointed and spacious suite, with its state of the art amenities and floor to ceiling sliding doors which opened to well manicured lawns, which beyond, relayed into a soft carpet of sand and inviting turquoise waters.
Our suite was one of 197 Ocean-view Suites, located in the Ambassador family-friendly area, which features among other amenities, an oceanfront infinity pool with its own kid's pool.
Our personal Butler Concierge, who was very cordial and efficient, immediately bonded with our two year old daughter, MacKenzie. She directed us to the kids club, which was fantastic! There were an endless number of indoor and outdoor activities for kids of all ages; our Mackenzie had lots of fun playing and making friends.
Our personal Butler Concierge also made excellent suggestions for dining and was available at all times to meet our every need.
One of the most impressive aspects of our vacation was the delicious cuisine, which we were able to indulge in with our Mackenzie, as the property offers five restaurants that allow kids age 11 and under. They offer excellent menu choices of international and locally inspired cuisine. The service was exceptionally attentive and accommodating, particularly to our daughter's demands. This memorable service was extended, when we decided to take advantage of the 24 hour in-suite dining and room service.
We thoroughly enjoyed the special amenities and comforts of a truly luxury resort, in a warm, relaxing and family friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend the property to our clients seeking the ideal family escape.
