trip insurance on all bookings for all travelers listed on the
reservation, including infants and children.
Trip
disruption coverage due to hurricanes is included in the
insurance, which covers scenarios ranging from medical
emergencies on vacation to stolen or damaged baggage.
The
coverage, provided by Travelex Insurance Services, includes
trip interruption ($10,000 per person) and trip delay ($300
per person); baggage protection against theft, damage and loss
($500 per person) and delay ($100 per person); medical
protection including accident and sickness ($5,000 per person)
and evacuation ($25,000 per person); and travel accident
protection ($10,000 per person).
In addition,
available from $59 per person, is the firm’s Peace of Mind
Cancellation and Trip Protection plan, which enables travelers
to cancel and/or change either the land and/or air portion of
their trip for any reason prior to the scheduled departure
without paying change or cancellation fees.
