Dear Claire,
I want to thank you for a wonderful trip. Nancy and Tracey were great. It is so helpful to get to know the people we work with over the phone. One of the things that I liked best about this trip, was having the chance to meet face to face with resort managers and sales managers in a small group setting. These contacts are so important when selling upscale travel. I would rather see a few upscale hotels and learn them well and get to know the key staff, then to see properties I will never sell.

It was a great trip and I greatly appreciate the efforts of all involved in putting it together. I have already started working with two couples who are considering Cambridge Beaches and Elbow Beach. I am looking forward to booking these with Island Destinations

The Fam Trip was awesome!!!!!!!! Our hosts Nancy and Tracey were the best ever. They went out of their way to try to accommodate everyone's wishes, and there were many. As you know travel agents are also pushing the envelope, trying to accomplish as much as we can in our waking hours. The hotel visits were great and the  brunch at the Fairmount was unsurpassed. The only thing I could suggest would be some time at the Hamilton Resort, but we managed to fit in a short visit. The size of the group was perfect and everyone got along well, which makes it more pleasant for everyone.

The massages at Elbow Beach were greatly appreciated to relieve our stress in Bermuda  (what stress ???) The Spa is beautiful and the staff were anxious to accommodate all of us.

I went in one day early and got the chance to sightsee a little on my own which was great. I got the feel of the island a little more by taking the ferries and buses to get around, which is very easy on the island.

Bermuda is a laid back destination for our stressed out clients and we are already working on sending a few of them to visit, especially Honeymooners. 

Richard and the staff were great at Cambridge Beaches and made us feel very welcome and catered to our every whim and more. 

Thanks to all of you for making my first visit to Bermuda a memorable one and it won't be my last.
